TCS is hiring a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a large employee base. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with payroll software, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT), and advanced Excel skills. This role offers excellent exposure to corporate HR and finance operations.
Requirements
- DPAT HR Specialization preferred
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with payroll software
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Process monthly payroll for 500+ employees
- ✓Calculate and deposit PF, ESI, and Professional Tax
- ✓Handle employee salary structuring and CTC computation
- ✓Generate Form 16 and other statutory documents
- ✓Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
